Why do women purchase lingerie? In 2009 lingerie sales approached $29 billion worldwide. Of that $29 billion $1.5 billion was spent on bras and $9.4 billion was spent on briefs. Yes, these are the staples of life as we know it.  We get dressed in the morning and we put on our underwear - in this case bras and briefs. 

Which means $18.1 billion was spent on lingerie for sleeping and lingerie for fun.  The question is: Is the lingerie for sleeping just a pair of pajamas? We don't think so. We believe that there is a lot more sexy lingerie sold for the purposes of turning on the man in your life and also vice versa since there are many lingerie products out there for men to feel and look sexy in too. 

The lingerie dedicated for fun is more likely to be purchased discreetly online and enjoyed in one's own home or by exotic dancers for use in various clubs.  Sexy lingerie makes a person feel sexy, look sexy and helps to turn on one's mate. You don't have to have a perfect body in order to make yourself look sexy by adding a little bit of lace, satin, or a little color instead of that same old tattered towel that you have come out of the bathroom in for the past seven years. Ladies, this is not sexy, this is not new, this is not what your lover wants to see - someone said "variety is the spice of life."  Make changes, keep your lover happy, excited, intrigued and asking for more.
