How to place an order? You can place your order online 24/7.

Can I call an order in? Yes, you may call us direct at 401-527-9235 or 401-527-9234 6AM-9PM Eastern Standard time.

How do I pay for an order? You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. You may send a check but the order will not be placed until the check is received.

How long before I receive my order? Most orders will be received within 3-7 business days. (Depends on area of country you reside in and boots and shoes can take up to 10-14 days.)

Do you have overnight shipping? We do on some brands - deadline is 12 noon prior to order and the fee is $35.00. More details on the home page.

How much is shipping? All orders ship for FREE! No Minimum Order Needed for FREE shipping always at Fancy Lingerie Store.com 

Are all items in stock? Sometimes the items may be on back order and we will notify you within 24 hours. We do our best to have out of stocks posted on the website but some items sell out faster than we can post.

Sizing - All lingerie brands have different size charts at the bottom or side of the brand page. We are starting to add them to products as well for your convenience. If in doubt contact us at info@fancylingeriestore.com

How can I return an item? Contact us at info@fancylingeriestore.com and we will let you know where to send your items to as we deal with many different suppliers and som require Return Authorization Codes.

How are refunds handled? If you return an item we will refund you once the return is complete.

Do you offer gift cards? Yes - We do offer gift cards in several denominations and they can be redeemed online. We would send it out via email with a code. (or mail if you prefer)
